OMG, Paint

All this talk of knights and stuff got me in the mood for a little hobby stuff so I pulled out the paints and some GW models.  I takes some work to set up for painting so not much really got done but it was interesting having the stuff out again.  Do you see the models?

Epic ofcourse where Knights and War Engines belong.  I wanted to test some color scheme/paint techniques but first I need to prime up some models.  It is a little cold outside (18 Degrees F) so I used some GW Technical Imperial Primer.  Got a small selection of Space Marine Vehicles there.  Rhino, Razorback, Dread, and Whirlwind.  Maybe Tomorrow some colors.

For most people a little paint is not a big deal but I have a huge collection of bare metal and plastic begging for some paint.  Baby steps.

    1. That is probably going to far. I deserve the teasing on this issue.

    2. :) here's a suggestion. Pick 2 different neutral colours (black & beige, or grey & bronze, etc.) basecoat with these two colours and then drybrush white over top. Then just give it a couple coats of a wash colour you like (green maybe, or brown) and I bet it will be a very decent result for minimal effort.
